Sequential Reliability Analysis for the Adjusting Mechanism of Tail Nozzle Considering Wear Degradation

The adjusting mechanism is an important part of aero engine, and the wear degradation clearance widely present in its hinges. In this work, with hinge analyzed by dynamic simulation depth predicted precisely using a model. Based on that, sequential reliability analysis motion accuracy carried out. order to avoid expensive computational cost simulation, adaptive radial-based importance sampling method combined Kriging model (AK-ARBIS) employed, which describes decrease standard normal space sphere updated To further utilize information about each state degradation, advanced AK-ARBIS investigated. Through analytical examples two typical mechanisms engineering application adjustment mechanism, results show that calculation under different states can be effectively reduced.
